Color Drop Digital offers a stellar water-based DTF lineup for apparel and an amazing UV printer lineup for hard goods. Our DTF printers include 33cm adn 70cm wide printers with 2, 4, 5 or 6 head systems. Our UV printers include the all new 2448 and our 3-in-1 4060. The 2448 prints a full 24"x48" field with a nearly 11" drop table and smart camera to detect your material on the bed - whats truly unique about the smart cam, it identifies different objects on the bed and can print the proper logo on the proper item in the proper orientation - literally science gone too far!! The 4060 is our 3-in-1 UV printer - print UV DTF, flat table with a 5.9" drop and also cylindrical printing.
With our latest technology, you can increase production speeds and lower total cost of ownership like never before. All our printers offer bulk ink systems with a remarkably low ink cost per milliliter and minimized waste compared to our competitors. All our printers are known for their vibrant print quality and impressive production speeds.
As an authorized Epson dealer, we offer a 6 month warranty for our apparel DTF print heads. Plus, with the included easy-to-use FLEXI RIP software and industry-leading reliability, Color Drop Digital printers meet the needs of high-production print environments.

DTF FEATURES - here is a short list of features that gives Color Drop DTF printers an edge
1. 2, 4, 5 and 6 head systems - All systems are CMYK+W - and, now we have our new 706/9 six head nine color using CMYK+RGOB+W.
2. White ink agitation and recirculation, programmed to run intermittently so motors don't wear out
3. Full liter bulk ink systems for better gravitational pull
4. Third generation import ink and now offering US Made ink for water-based and UV
5. Commercial grade printers and stands
6. Seven 2.5" wide feed rollers to reduce head strikes and better tracking
7. Vacuum table to hold down film that eliminates buckling and skewing of film, the main cause of head strikes
8. Motorized feed roller that eliminates film slippage and a weighted transfer bar that ensures proper alignment and tracking into the printer. It also controls media tension regardless of the media weight on the roll. You will have same tension on a new roll and a roll near its end.
9. Film sensor recognizes when roll runs out of film and pauses the printer and parks the heads - change film and pick up where you left off
WARRANTY - one year on all printers and 6 month limited warranty on all heads.

RICOH - supplies us with our Ricoh Gen-6 UV print heads.
FUMEX - the leader in evacution of harmful airborne particles and gases. We suggest the FA1-Mini with dual ports for all our DTF apparel printers.
GRAPHTEC - offers dependable and high-precision cutters. We recommend the FC9000-75 for all our DTF apparel printers.
